Trinity Trio - Concert

Trinity Trio combines the extraordinary talents of violinist Stella Kim, cellist Sally Kim and pianist Tina Kim. Winners of the prestigious 2013 Pettman/ROSL scholarship,They will play in The Chamber Gallery, Rangiora Library on Friday 5th June 2015 at 7.30 pm.

Free Concert

Veronica van der Knaap, the well-known and highly regarded Christchurch pianist and teacher, will give a free concert in the Chamber Gallery on Sunday 14th June 2015 at 2pm in the Chamber Gallery, Rangiora Library.
Programme: Scarlatti, Mozart, Schubert, Chopin and Rachmaninov. This concert is presented by the Waimakariri Community Arts Council in association with Creative Communities NZ.

WCAC Concert -Te Koki Trio


141 Percival Street, Rangiora

Featuring the distinguished musicians Jian Liu (piano), Martin Riseley (violin) & Inbal Megiddo (cello), the Te Koki Trio perform regularly throughout New Zealand, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.They are based at the NZ School of Music in Wellington where they are lecturers in Classical Performance.
The Te Koki Trio will play in The Chamber Gallery, Rangiora Library, on Saturday 20th June 2015 at 7.30 pm

Kaiapoi Art Expo 2015

Kaiapoi Art Expo - Celebrating 10 Years will be held 10 - 12 July 2015 at the Kaiapoi Club and will feature artwork from guests artists - Raymond Herber, Andrew Carran and Philip Trusttum as well as many other artists.
The Expo displays a wide range of art disciplines by local art groups and individual artists, all under one roof, over two days.
On display will be a varied array of artistic interpretations of life in our community through the skills of painters, potters, weavers, jewellers and sculptors. Whether the medium is clay, metal, paper, canvas or fabric the result will be sure to fascinate anyone interested in the expression of art in its many forms.
Alongside the Expo is the Schools Art Expo sponsored by Bowden Environmental featuring a dazzling display of paintings and drawings from Waimakariri schools.
Join the Kaiapoi Art Expo in celebrating 10 years at this supportive, social and inspirational event, celebrating the local arts in our community.
