An evening not to be missed, full of belly laughter!
Christchurch favourites - The Court Theatre's Court Jesters - are back at Clarkville School, bringing their hilarious comedy show for adults 'Scared Scriptless'. A fun fundraising evening for Clarkville School towards their junior playground area.
Scared Scriptless is a late night comedy show with a cast of quick-thinking improvisers working with no scripts or safety nets. Turning audience suggestions into a fast-paced, furiously funny interactive comedy extravaganza. Scared Scriptless combines fast-paced, off-the-cuff theatre with just the right amount of audience interaction and the Court Jestersí own brand of razor-sharp wit.
The perfect event for couples, friends, colleagues - think mid-winter work do! Limited corporate table options available by request.
The show starts at 7:30pm with pre-show drinks and food available from 6:30pm. Some food options to be pre-ordered via our facebook page. Drinks and food available for purchase throughout the evening with Eft-pos on site.

WCAC Concert - Tresoli Piano Trio
141 Percival Street, Rangiora
The well-known Christchurch-based Tresoli Piano Trio will play in the Chamber Gallery, Rangiora Library on Saturday 18th June 2016 at 7.30 pm.
Susan Farmer (violin), Jenny Davey (cello) & Rosemary Stott (piano) have performed regularly as a piano trio since 2000 & have given recitals throughout the South Island.
For this concert the Trio has been joined by pianist Katherine Jones for Schubertís Fantasie in F minor for Piano four-hands.

Trio No. 1 in Bb Major, Op. 21 for Violin, Violoncello and Piano by Antonin Dvorak

The 11th Kaiapoi Art Expo will be held 23 & 24 July 2016 at the Kaiapoi Club and will feature artwork from over 80 artists.
The Kaiapoi Art Expo is Waimakariri districtís largest visual art show and attracts large crowds every year. The Expo displays a wide range of art disciplines by local art groups and individual artists, all under one roof, over two days.On display will be a varied array of artistic interpretations of life in our community through the skills of painters, potters, weavers, jewellers and sculptors. Whether the medium is clay, metal, paper, canvas or fabric the result will be sure to fascinate anyone interested in the expression of art in its many forms.
Alongside the Expo is the Schools Art Expo sponsored by Bowden Environmental featuring a dazzling display of paintings and drawings from Waimakariri schools.
The Kaiapoi Art Expo offers emerging artists, from beginners to professionals and crafts people an opportunity to sell, or display and develop their talents.Join the Kaiapoi Art Expo at this supportive, social and inspirational event, celebrating the local arts in our community.
